  We bought a refrigerator from Angie who went above and beyond to help us, she was really great but then to pay was another question altogether! No one could get it right and eventually we were told the only person who could so this transaction was Stephanie at customer service. Well she was busy with another customer who was applying for a Home Depot credit card and this took in excess of 30 minutes which in my book is totally unacceptable, why are there not more people trained to handle these transactions (a discount for last display item) Stephanie, when she eventually helped us was really great, had us all done in less than 5 minutes! So, they have great employees here just not enough of them trained to do stuff out of the ordinary!!
